A major European insurer wanted to quickly develop a footprint in a new geography. Optimizing a multi-channel insurance distribution strategy
A major French insurance company needed assistance in developing new online distribution channels, in the form of an app and a website, and integrating these into its existing channel strategy.
The primary challenge was to redesign the global distribution set-up and analyze how the existing and new channels could complement one another to provide cross-selling opportunities and synergies.
