MiFID2 : after its entry into force in January 2018, controls & supervision are now the next steps.
 
AMF included MiFID 2 requirements in its 2018-2022 supervision strategy, defining 5 priorities for controls:
▪ Transactions Reporting
▪ Post trade transparency
▪ Market structure provision
▪ Best execution
▪ Knowledge & experience
 
AMF already issued results of its “Mystery shopping” campaign on Investment Advice a few days ago.
